Phoenix, Arizona – October 21, 2019 –  Owner, Rick Richmond of FWD Partners LLC., is serving as a consultant to the owner/investor of the new development in the City of Surprise.  Another Arizona development broke ground on October 16th with a handful of contractors, consultants and the owner of the new medical professional offices, Dr. Jason Mussman with Regency Plastic Surgery. The new medical professional offices, named Auviana is located at 14753 W. Mountain View Blvd.

The principal architect, Dane Astle with Edifice stated, “The Auviana project is an exceptional medical office building intended to stand out with a unique vision.” Astle who has been the principal architect on other projects for FWD Partners, LLC. is contributing to another stunning building design for the project. “With the use of high quality materials that are designed to withstand the test of time, the building will remain the beacon within the community for many years to come,” said Astle.

With dozens of supporters on site including the Mayor of Surprise, Skip Hall who addressed the crowd along with Dr. Jason Mussman, the ground breaking ceremony was a success.  The development is named after Dr. Mussman's daughter, Auviana who was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2017 at only 3 years old.  After a heartfelt speech and complete silence as supporters listened to his personal story,  the Auviana medical professional offices will also pay tribute to her in a bronze statute by artist, Stanley J. Watts that will be visible to guests at the new development. Her bronze statute will  honor all patients and their families that have struggle through serious illness.  "It was an obvious choice to name it after our little hero," said Dr. Mussman in his ceremonial announcement.

In today's world, we are constantly connected through social media and digital technology.  However, don't mistake technology for "Community." Get involved, stay proactive, volunteer for local events, reach out to non-profit organizations and see if you can lend a helping hand for the day.  Get your neighbors together and bring your children along to teach them how to be charitable.

Social media is the largest communications tool in the world.  By coupling mainstream digital and media technology, we can also elevate community highlights that are often underappreciated or not recognized at all.  We will bring community news to our readers to inspire, elevate, and motivate. We will reflect on the fundamentals of human kindness and share those beautiful stories with you.  We will feature local businesses and acknowledge ethical, respectful business owners, employees, and businesses so we can share and support their successes and accomplishments.

Communities are built by the people, so we intend to share the moral excellence and virtues that are actually really out there.  It starts with you!

It starts with us right now! :-)
